I’ve been wanting a hat rack.  After searching online for a while, I found the perfect one.  The price wasn’t listed on the site so I filled out a form on the site inquiring about the price.  These are our responses.  She was a good sport!

Thank you for your help.  I received the pricing, but I think there was a misunderstanding.  I am looking for the simple hat rack that is made out of wood.  I think the one that you sent me must be made out of reclaimed, diamond-infused titanium from ancient aliens spacecrafts.  Are those American dollars on the price sheet?

Nikki: Hi Joshua,

Yes they are US dollars but the pricing given is list, you will be able to buy this through a dealer.  We typically say you can budget 40% off list prices.  What budget are you looking for and I can try to come up with a better solution for  you. 

And, yes some of our products can appear to be priced made of diamonds but I can assure you we do have some that are budget friendly :)
